RESERVES BEATEN BY LIONS
The Reds fell to a narrow defeat to Championship side Millwall at the New Den on Wednesday afternoon.

All the goals came in the first half with Omari Coleman opening the scoring for Town. A perfect weighted pass from Sacha Opinel fell for Omari in the box and he just managed to reach the pass before the keeper and scrambled it home.

Millwall levelled the scores six minutes later from a free kick. Kevin Braniff, who has turned out in the Championship this season for Millwall, scored the free kick.

Crawley almost regained the lead when Josh Jones hit the post from a Sacha Opinel free kick.

Millwall took the lead in the 36th minute when Rikki Banks cleared a shot to the edge of the area and Barry Cogan struck the ball home.

No further goals came for either side but Crawley can take great credit for pushing their London opponents all the way to the final whistle.
