http://www.crawleytownfc.com/n.....50176.aspx

It says you need to get a ticket before the event, which can be collected from the box office which is open 9am to 4.30pm weekdays using Voucher H.

So I need to drive from mid Sussex to Crawley during the working week to get a ticket? Why not just hold it in the Reds bar and show your ST on the night to get access. Based on previous events there will be plenty of capacity there.

Why is it that everything to do with Crawley Town has to be so difficult these days.

Good to see that the spirit of Joseph Stalin still lives on...

...I remember the first fans forum after Chas & Asbo had officially cleared off... Andrew Dodd (I think) handed me a photocopied slip of paper with words about how it is all about being positive going forward and we are not to ask questions about the past.... Rolling Eyes

A challenge... You all know those popular phrases they use nowadays like "Brangellina".... where they combine two Sleb names.... well what could you make out of Turner & Pottinger..?

One step forward and two steps back by the club once again. Good that they're holding a forum, but it really should be open to everybody.

Absolutely brilliant.

I work in Sevenoaks with a not-in-a-cat-hells-chance of getting to the club during the week. I only hope that one of my footie mates is going and can take my season ticket along to get my ticket.

I'm not sure my missus would be too pleased though, with it being our wedding anniversary Embarassed

Plus, who is the board member 'Ian Carter'?

As Mrs d_c_bryan and I are season ticket holders, I am surprised that we are excluded from the event simply because neither of us can get to the stadium between the weekday hours stated.
The club knows where its season ticket holders live and it's reasonable to assume those living outside Crawley will find it difficult to comply with the conditions, especially if they are working anyway.
It's an odd decision, perhaps the club will additionally offer this Saturday as a time to collect whatever it is they want us to have to attend the meeting.

Why don't we all turn up and gate crash it?

That will defiantly let the board know how people feel...

Perhaps they are doing this "advance ticketing" shenanigans to allow HKP to decide whether or not to turn up (assuming it actually IS to "meet the board") Laughing Laughing Laughing
