Do we really need a kit man ?

I think it's handy to have one. He does a great job to be fair!

I asked the question early on on page 1 of the match day thread as someone e mailed me he was nowhere to be seen.

I met him on 2 occasions almost 2 seasons ago. Very nice person, enjoyed his job, dedicated Crawley fan.Something serious must have happened . I don't know what. I just hope it's not a reflection on the financial state of the club, because if it is, it smacks of rearranginging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Also, if he felt he couldn't continue at the club because of the way he was being treated, well, that is just a further indication of the attitude of certain people (or person) at the club along the lines of not caring about loyal fans.

Lots of mixed messages going on, he handed in his notice, he was sacked for some sort of indiscretion, he's been laid off for cost cutting reasons. If it was a money saving thing it wouldn't have been so sudden, a notice would have had to been given. Who knows?

I heard the players were upset when he changed the softener from Lenor to Comfort. The shirts weren't as soft and didn't smell as nice.

haha Lee. If only that was true. I suspect that if he indeed has gone, it a matter a little more serious than that. Possibly placing the right sock on the left and the left sock on the right.
