Please no - tell me its return isn't a permanent fixture. It ruins every goal on the TV coverage and, at a time when the club image needs to look (and sound) as professional as possible, makes it seem like something out of non-league again.

Cool

I really couldn't care if we have the bell or not if it gives the bell ringer and those around it some joy why not have it

the one thing it does do is set us apart from the rest Laughing

I didn't actually hear it at the game, very obvious on the highlights show.

Yes there is, his name is Marco Quasimodo and he is our kit manager according to the team picture on the back of the wall of colour cards given out yesterday!

Hah! So it's back? I'm surprise they allow things like that in the ground these days.

There's a whole bunch of fans on here who would like nothing more than Crawley Town being non-league again.

I think some fans want to make their minds up just what do they want because one minute they are saying no one makes any noise and the atmosphere is dead and when someone wakes them up by ringing a bell they complain. There are a lot of things sung chanted etc. that are naff but to the individuals concerned they think they are either funny or applicable. So it boils down to tolerance we all pay our money and we all have different levels of enjoyment, as for the bell I personally can take or leave it.
