Why are they so excited about the team that won the FA Cup in 1988? Is it because they haven't won anything themselves, and they share a name? Rolling Eyes

It's a question Arthur C Clarke wouldn't be able to answer.

Personal opinion only but those shorts are dreadful. And the top isn't much better.

I honestly can't see what the fascination is with FC Kingston. After we left them for dead in the lower leagues I lost all interest in them.

I repeat what I've said.

Did AFC win the FA Cup in 1988 or did they win promotion to the football league just ten years after forming

They didn't do both

Kits made by Admiral remind me of that dirty Leeds side of the 1970s.

And that England team who viewed qualification for major tournaments as a chance to give the Scots an opportunity to be humiliated.

Funnily enough Leeds adopted a white kit as an homage to Real Madrid....

So given that tale and AFC modelling themselves on a historic club from a neighbouring borough, I reckon we should base our strip on the Brazil team of 1970.. Rolling Eyes ...well c'mon the link is just as tenuous...(?)
