Does the lady have to be a witness for a case to be brought or will the CCTV be sufficient to get make the case stand.

If she is bought off as could well happen do the prosecution services once again fail to stand up to what everyone else sees as right.

Cool

Similar to Marlon King. Neither should be playing professional football.

Crazy. A door is more important than that poor girl? Shocked If they are going to charge him on the basis of the cctv footage, why is he not being charged with assault as well? It shouldn't matter if she presses charges or not, the evidence is there for all to see. Absolutely ridiculous.

You can't charge someone for assault without a complainant!

Oh ok. That's alright then. Seems the doors in this country are well-protected.

My God, that's the worst thing in the world, hitting a woman. He should get the maximum jail sentence.

Nile Rangers contract has been terminated by tonight Swindon Town... No doubt some other club will be stupid enough to take him on boxing

Is it? Surely killing a woman would be worse?

Surely killing a man would be worse than hitting a woman?

In fact, if my life depended on it and I had to either hit a woman or kill a man, well, suffice to say I'd have an ice pack at the ready.

Given how the club dealt with the aftermath of the Battle of Bradford I can't see us even thinking about taking someone like Ranger on. Hardly the right image for a family focussed business Wink
