Interesting, I was hoping Monakana might start as well as Edwards.
Seems a long time since we saw two quick wingers and we have nothing to loose. Good strong bench.

Gregory was in the Argus a couple of weeks ago saying Monakana's fitness meant if he started he didn't know how long into the game he would last.

In to the second half. 1-1 at the moment, Walsh just had a header cleared off the line according to on-line commentary. Proctor now on for Tubbs.

I thought that was a cracking game of football - and not just because we won. Both teams contributed to some pretty decent entertainment. We possibly just about deserved the win too though I couldn't have complained too much if Orient had converted another chance and sneaked a draw. The result probably makes no difference to either side as I can't see Brentford dropping 7 points and letting Orient into the automatics and I couldn't see us going down even if we'd lost.
Only 12 points behind Peterborough with 4 to play. The Reds are going up Smile

Brentford won and have been promoted.

Decent game of football. 2nd half much more enjoyable than the 1st.

Good win and some decent football. Both sides had their chances, however we took ours and then scrambled it clear at the end when they really built up some steam.

There were some tired legs out there, such as Josh Simpson who seemed to be treading water for a lot of the time.

A really good display by Edwards, a well taken goal plus made a great chance for Josh with a mazy run. Makes you wonder why JG had him sat on the bench all these weeks when we kept losing. Great cross by Jones for the second as well right on to Drury's head.

The games are coming thick and fast, but with two games against bottom 4 sides a top 10 finish may still be possible.

Well done lads for a good 6 days. Really good stuff.

What a good player that Edwards is. A generally sound team performance but Edwards really adds a new dimension with his pace. Really enjoyed today.

Thought we played well today, Connelly was good and strong, as was Fadz, Edwards was class, him and Proctor together are a good pairing. Orient are a big physical side and don't mind putting it about a bit and we coped with that well. I heard a couple of O's fans moaning about their tactic of lobbing it up to their strikers from midfield, That sounds familiar.

Yes I noticed that after posting. My reference to dropping 7 points was about the pre-match situation. I bet Brentford are mightily relieved as they don't seem to get on very well with playoffs.

Edwards is a gwyinner MOM closely followed dy Andy D who covers so much ground and 3rd spot to Bullman improved as game went on. Would been injustice had we not *beep* all over them second half very good performance. Enoyable game, very entertaining.
