A start for Torres. Unbelievable Wink

Interesting to see that even after Saturday the JG signings are firmly benched.

I can't believe Torres is in the starting line up. I hope he steps up to plate and proves to everyone he can do it at this level.

I don't see why not, if he doesn't I can predict it won't be through lack of effort, he will run himself into the ground for the cause.
Nice to see him picked for a big game.

We seemed to be playing a lot of fancy football without threatening them very much. They have a odd attack and we are 0-1 down. Sad

Its going to need a hell of an effort now....

A dire first half performance or lack of

No width forwards are lost

They came for a point and it looks like we could have given them 3

Agreed - could look to the bench but not sure if Dicker, Fallon & Proctor could change things if they came on at all?

We played the better football. Two defence mistakes. Awful ref both ways to be honest there penalty shout secondhalf was a dead cert. That said Utd defened well and in numbers. M Jones had a nightmare and went missing shame as his last few home games he was starting to grow on me.

Clough your boys dived, kicked the ball away every opportunity, hoofed and general style of play was non football but hey you got 3pts and are going to wembley so I doubt your fans care.
