JG has the passion and drive, and I think we will see a very different team, starting with a good win on Saturday.Time to get back to winning ways.

I really hope so. He undoubtedly has the experience and has been a successful manager . The big question is enthusiasm . He is no doubt financially secure and he won't be hear for the wages so hopefully there is enough in the tank to drive the team forward.

As with any new manager, player or director .... The proof is in the pudding

One thing that is guaranteed , we will still be here after they have gone

Welcome John I really hope you live up to our dreams and aspirations

Thought JG came across really well. He's got my full support. Hopefully he can get a spark back into the team.

Really looking forward to JG's reign. It'll be a total contrast to RB. He's not got a lot lose so I think we will see a more adventurous, less risk averse, style of play. This is the last throw of the dice for JG to leave a legacy - otherwise just remembered as the Villa man who didn't do anything afterwards. I think it will be tasty.

Welcome to the club John, I'm sure the majority of fans will back you & the team. Now how about some noise at the next home game folks? Wink Embarassed

How big a part can the fans play?

A huge part. We donít get big crowds here compared to a lot of clubs in League One but I have spoken to a lot of people since I got the job and those who have been to our Stadium before all mentioned that the atmosphere can be daunting on and off the pitch ... but it does mean having a vocal crowd behind us who are excited by the football we play and feel part of the journey we are all on.

we all know the identity of RR&R is unknown

With his silence , I wonder if Perhaps RR&R was Richie Barker ?

Cool
