Our League 1 match at home to Leyton Orient will now take place on Friday 18 April, 3pm kick-off.

The game has been brought forward by 24 hours from the original date of Saturday 19 April, meaning the match will now kick-off on Good Friday.

Reds secured a double over Orient last season. Nicky Ajose scored the winning goal in a 1-0 victory for the Reds at the Broadfield Stadium and Billy Clarke scored the only goal of the game for Crawley at the Matchroom Stadium with a fine curling effort.

The away tie for Leyton Orient remains Saturday 21st December.

Why could it not be at 7.45pm ? Every year this messes up my Easter holiday if it is a nice day.

Would suit you, but wouldn't suit youngsters who go to bed around that time.

What's the difference between a nice Friday and a nice Saturday? Does it matter which one the game is on?

Besides you can now have 2 consecutive days away, so it actually helps your Easter planning........
