Christ, they are great prices! Would hope for a decent turnout at those prices. My mate once paid 10 to watch a PSF that was something like Dulwich Hamlet v Sutton United. Nuts.

no mention of securing seated season ticket seats; the prices reflect what it basically is a kick about before the proper stuff starts. Anyway be handy of the online booking is in place for these and I acknowledge the club have seen sense and not tried to milk the fans with ove rthe top prices.

Would this be the first time we have hosted Palace as a Premier League team? Should bring a very good crowd in for this.

Weren't they PL when we beat them 6-1 at Broadfield, when Lombardo was playing?

They may have been PL, but we didn't beat them 6-1 Ian.

Tut tut.

(5-1).

The game Lombardo played in was 1998. Palace had just been relegated to what is now the Championship. Palace won that day 5-1.

We beat Palace 5-1 in 2000. Mark Hynes scored twice in that game.

Except that JB will point out that the game Lombardo played in was in fact the summer of 1997, just after moving to the Broadfield, when Palace had just won promotion back to the Premier League. Embarassed

Palace were also hosted as a Premier League team in the summers of 1992 and 1994 at Town Mead.
