I wonder what Barks has up his sleeve for right back.

Perhaps he's looking to go for Connolly, Fadz, Walsh, Sadler as the back four.

Think Muzzy is 99% gone as well so we'll need to bring someone in.

No doubting that Hunt has been a good player for us, just think League 1 is a level too far for him.

After being 2nd choice Right back last season I can't say this comes as a huge shock. Has been a good 'servant' to the club & is well liked by the fans. Just not good enough for L1 football in my opinion. That said however , I wonder if a reunion might be on the cards now with Evans at Rotherham?

Good luck to the player & I hope he gets fixed up soon.

Ben

Didn't see that one coming, bit of a shock.
Good servant to the club but I think he was wasted on the bench, I dont agree with most on here I think he did really well at the end of last season and I was quite content with him playing next season.
But none of us get any younger and I suppose he just wants to play rather than warm the bench.
As said, with Dumbaya almost certainly gone I hope RB has something up his sleeve.

Good luck Dave you will always be remembered.

My lad was talking to an Oxford fan at the weekend and he thought they were after Tubbsy as well. Who next? Smile

That is sad but not surprising. Much of the time I believe he was good enough for league 1 - the main exception being that he sometimes got found out if he was up against genuine pace. No shame in that. A pretty decent player and a top quality human being. He is certainly good enough for league 2 and I reckon he is an adequate player for L1. The main reason this surprises me is that I thought Mustapha was probably leaving. Hopefully he's sticking around after all.
I'm hoping that RB has something up his sleeve for right back. I'm wondering if he was offloaded because he was signed when Evans was flashing the cash and RB is looking to save on wages.

Legendary long throws strange that we did not see them last season.

Loved that he frustrated Rooney at Old Trafford resulting in him kicking out.

An honest player enjoyed his blog and insights to the club will be missed.

If true, those who have not renewed Season Tickets will feel a lot better.

Sad time. its been really good having him at the club for the two and a half years he has been here. It was a great sight seeing him swap shirts with Rooney at OT after keeping him quiet. All the best Mr Hunt.
