Loan extended until the end of the season, 24 hour recall clause as part of the deal.

Surely a stop gap move. I can't believe we can be interested in a permanent deal.

Seems too slow for how we play I'm afraid although Charlton fans seemed to rate him.

Also Brentfords highest paid player apparently. So no chance he'll be staying

I cant see the point of this I think it a waste of money. The chance of the playoffs has gone and I think we should have just ended the season with what we have. Hopefully we are not paying to much.

and pointless we dont need him and whay bother? he wont be here next season and id rather see the fringe players with contracts runnin into next season being given an opportuity. How much will playing for CTFC mean to him?

I agree let the fringe players have a chance, so we can see if they are a cut above the rest Wink

Oh Dear. Embarassed For once I have to agree with RR&R. The number of games that I have watch him play I have found him to be so slow that it is not worth him being on the pitch, but maybe RB sees something in him that I have been missing. We are not going to be religated and although there is a mathamatical chance we could make the play offs lets be real we are not going to make it so why not try out some of the fringe players and see if they could either, make the team next year or put them in the shop window and get a fair price in the transfer window.

I think Paul Hayes is a decent player (yes,he did have poor game at MK Dons). - He has a good first touch, hard to dispossess, can lay the ball off well and he can bring others into the game.

Agreed, with what is the point of him extending his loan, but I reckon Ronnie Barker may well fancy him along with Proctor up front next season in a 4-4-2 set up.

I thought we still had League Cup seeding to play for. Doesn't sound like much but a good run in it could help the coffers.
