Our midfield seemed to be absent most of the time.............except for Bully.

Great game for him and my MOM.

Which begs the question "Sparrow, why?"

I have to be reminded he is on the pitch.......

My MOM was Paul Jones whose saves kept us in the game.

But there were others high on my list including Proctor for the goals and workrate, Simpson who nly had a short time but whose presence pushed us forward and gave the extra man in attack that enabled the goals. Walsh, Dumbaya and Sadler in defence, Danny for his work killing their midfield. And Hayes looks a good player too, his experience will help us.

Jones - Saved well, but still needs to have more of a commanding presence
Muzzy - Great as always, hope he's not injured too badly
Connolly - v. good
Walsh - did well again
Sadler - very assured, did well going forward
Bullman - excellent in midfield
Sparrow - not one of his better games
Clarke - poor
Adams - okay, but looks tired out there
Hayes - did well, linking up nicely with Proctor
Proctor - great performance, held the ball up well, won air battles, 2 good goals = MOM for me

Subs:
Simpson - good to see back in midfield, played well for the time he was on
Torres - a bit off the pace, but did some nice tricks
Hunt - solid

Thought he was more involved than usual, spotted him three times.........

One nice flick on, then the next time flicked the ball and lost possession - a simple pass was on had he not have been trying to be flash.

Bulman got my vote. Was solid until he was subbed & worked hard as always. Dumbuya a close second for me, like others have stated I hope his injury isn't too serious.
