Not a bad choice.
I would have personally chosen Bulman but he obviously thinks Simpson will be a regular even with the squad changes.

So that is one we can pencil in to Saturdays team.

Josh is.. and always been a natural leader on the field...

..and he must be the only footballer in the league who always looks as though he ordered his kit from a bespoke Savile Row tailor... and has it prepared by his manservant before each half. salut

you have got to be joking, his form was terrible when Evans gave him the job 2 seasons ago. Better he plays well than take on the capt's role, a bit like Vermalean at Arsenal this season, he's been poor since taking on the armband

Fair comment - but he is two years older and wiser now so has probably learned from that experience.
