Apologies thought Akinde had left and I don't think Jonte is anywhere near ready for League 1 yet.

Be surprised if Akinde is still a Crawley player by the end of Jan.

What is RB's obsession with signing forwards that have scored few if any goals in their careers? Hard to get excited about this and not sure why we wouldn't just give Jonte game time.

Would really prefer that we got someone that had scored goals at L2 or BSP level.

0 goals in 10 games for Cheltenham?

wrong

Sounds like RB is keeping his powder dry.

Out : Wassmer, Davies, Neilson, Akpan (Fadz ??)

In : Elford-Alliyu, Spencer (loans) Sparrow (free)

Saving the money for a big name striker??

Welcome Jimmy.

If I recall you were once world snooker champion. Prehaps a song along the lines of Spencer Loopy (alright it was John)

Or a few Churchillian shouts as your namesake is the Marquis Of Blandford.

Unfortunately I'm here all week! Laughing

Well, it's worth a try - so long as he doesn't end up playing like Frank Spencer.
I can just see it now. His first miskick met with cries of "Oooooooh Betty"

You can not move 50 places up the football league with out some personnel change.

Let's not forget that some of the fringe players that have left have no doubt cost us money to get off the books as well.

While 1:4 scoring record is not awesome spencer is very young and may turn out to be a great signing. Can't wait for the run of home games to see if we can attack the playoffs if not nothing lost did not expect promotion from this season.

Looks a good loan to me, doesn't cost us much, young, has potential.
Hopefully we have a purchase option on him in case he does really well.

I think being realistic we will have to discover a new strike rather that just buy one (we probably haven't the money for the wages or transfer fees.)
