Guess that closes the door on Sadler, as he is a left back on a two year deal.

His record last year looks solid enough.

Good player. Put in some eye catching displays when he played for Southampton a few years back. Pretty good going forward if I remember.

JG getting his wing backs in place. Shows the money is there for players making the starting 11. Bulman, Jones, Proctor and Sadler could have been viewed by JG as no more than squad players with a wage offering to match.
