It's been at the Amex for the last 6 years, and Brighton have been in the final twice during that period, so there is no reason to believe it won't be there. Even if Brighton end up in the playoffs (unlikely) the homeleg will be a week night and the final will be at Wembley.
It will be a decent day/evening out and I would imagine there will be a few thousand Brighton there as it's their reserves we are playing?

i hope it is at the Amex I haven't been yet and looking forward to seeing CTFC beat Brighton at their own ground

The obvious answer is that it's their own ground, but as the post above says, they have played in past finals there.
