It was hard to see from the other end but looking at those highlights our first goal looks like a stunning og by one of their guys! Not that it matters and I'm sure he will happily let Joe have it. What a stunner for the winner though. Well deserved result today and a great battling performance, well done guys! |

Great result today.
I wonder if hardcore fan BICH enjoyed his trip to sunny Bucks? |

amazing the difference one sturdy defender can make on the side, Mr McEnry got off his scooter today and made Connolly play in tandem at the back (apart from the time they both appear on the right wing following a corner.
Terrific spirit from the team, not always one of our strong points |

It wasn't a good game, neither team really did enough to win. But its nice to win a close game, and the free-kick from Payne was a bit special
Joe was my man of the match today |

I need a wider screen for the 'blink and you'll miss them' highlights, I couldn't get the whole of Akinfenwa on mine |

Though Joe Mac being back made so much difference at the back, he really is class. Blackman also was decent for all his criticisms.
The winner was a really a great goal, when was the last time we scored a feee kick? |

That is great news Alf, something to build on and what has been missing from recent home performances, where we seemed to be lacking in spirit and energy.
A higher tempo from the outset would be very welcome as well, we have been too willing to hand the initiative to the opposition on occasions. |

When we went one down I did think the worst. We don't normally fare very well when we concede early but Wycombe have been on a poor run and their confidence visibly dropped after the equaliser. McNerney isn't the best defender in the world but he will always give 100% and was my MOM yesterday. Glenn Morris made a great save at 1-1 as well. We must tie him down to a longer deal. |
