its a good result id say as we end with carlisle home, dagenham away and Barnet home - i always want home game last game seaosn and boxing day and we have that too just shame we ko away. But champions away at dagenham - doe stheor ground have sufficient capacity for 4000 Crawley fans?

Anyone else notice dont seem be so many midweek fixtures planned as in past? of course that will change onec he carthorses of port5cumouth arrive and churn the pitch up!

And no reason we shouldnt win every game in August and lead all he way from the beginning to the promotion party in May - noything but promotion will be accpetable next season

Looking at those fixtures has actually made me feel quite excited about the new season. We have loads of really good games to look forward to both home and away.If we can start well then im sure our crowds will be a lot better then last season, especially with the league being so southern.
Something tells me this is going to be fun.

Not a bad start to the season. Oxford away is a good away day trip with good pubs and good beer local to the ground. Then the Plastics at home - lovely jubbly. Very Happy

A result for me is that I only miss one home match when I go away early December Very Happy

The big disappointment is missing out on huge away support when Pompey come on a Tuesday night.

Saturday would have been better.

I am going to be doing a lot of miles this season, and also spending more time down with the wife, now is that a good thing...... will have to wait and see. Its going to be more more like Conference South than league 2, am getting to old for all this driving!

They'll still sell out their allocation, and I'd wager on that too!

That can soon change Phil.
Im easily swayed by the slighest change in the wind, at the moment its a warm, gentle breeze, but player recruitment over the next 6 weeks could make it a cold biting wind and my attitude wont be so gay and merry.
I just hope Mark Yates can put a half decent squad together that will be able to compete in League Two,all our happiness depends on it. Laughing
