Hope he is given an opportunity to prove himself and doesn't just sit on the bench like the other youngsters.

Leicester and wolves have been watching Blair. Welcome to Crawley, this could prove to be an exciting signing.

At 22, he must be keen to make an Impression. Let's just hope Deano has a better eye for players than JG !!!

Welcome to Crawley Town, Blair.

Indeed. Get him into the team and give him a go.

Let's hope he does well, but on face value it seems a big jump from his current team to League 1, let's just hope he takes the opportunity for himself and we benefit from it.

Good luck to him and welcome.

I am all for signing bright new prospects from non-league, I really think that is the way to go for a club in our position, kind of a toned down version of what Peterborough do.

Having said that, this guy is a 22-year old playing in the Midland League. Think that might be a bit too far down the pyramid to be bringing players in to play League One footy. Hope he proves me wrong though. Welcome Blair.

i think its just the sort of signing we need, just not sure this is the moment to make it.

I'm really hopeful that with the right guidance he can really prove to be a brilliant piece of business.

The question has to be asked though - if DS can find one of these gems in two weeks why the hell could JG in one year?

of course if he's a duffer then he's learnt from JG Very Happy
