League Two awaits us.

Just can't see where we're going to get any points.

Gutted.

Fifth from bottom isn't nice but still two points clear of the pack. No way am I resigned to L2 next season. There's a lot of hoofball till the end of the season.

So you expected us to pick up points away at the league leaders ?

Lord above !

Hi Phil,

No I didn't but when there's three minutes to go you expect to get one. That's what I'm gutted at.

But looking forward I can't see where it's going to come from.

Kind regards,

BICH

Cannot see the away points but can see us getting home points but unless we try and be more positive only draws I am afraid.
Mind you if next Saturday is a decent game and performance like Chesterfield then who knows!? We are going to rely very much on home games and we have to get wins not all these draws. Our unbeaten run has seen us slide down the table! Confused

I genuinely think we will go down.

Survival will be a miracle, as will avoiding sub-2K crowds on a fairly frequent basis

Real change is in the air for just about every aspect of the Club; things cannot carry on like this on and off the pitch. The freefall needs to be arrested

It was bound to end in tears but our gradual demise has been overseen means that it is not just the JCLs jumping off the bandwagon and we will end up in a much worse place than from where the journey began

According to the BBC stats we didn't have a single shot on target. Quite honestly if that stat is true, we deserved to lose.

We didn't play badly today, but the goal was always coming. JG decided to sit back and soak up the pressure from minute one, and it was always going to be a battle against a stupidly good team. Shame to lose it so late though.

0 wins in 6 now, 1 place above relegation zone... Wasn't RB sacked for that?

GREGORY OUT!!!!!!

I wasn't expecting anything today. We came close to holding on, but without a single shot on target registered from John Gregorys men I don't think we deserved anything.
Next week at home to Port Vale better be different. We need to attack, score and win.If We fail to have a shot on target next week and lose then John Gregory and Paul Groves should be dragged on the pitch and sacked in front of anyone still left inside the stadium.

Oh I forgot to add and flogged too.

And then put in stocks so we can throw burgers and cold chips at them for a few hours.

And then chased naked around the pitch by four supporters wielding corner flags with the pointed end facing forward.

That is probably the most ridiculous suggestion I have ever read on this forum!

Really enjoyed today's game. 11 guys who gave 110% and had their backs to the wall for most of the game against a higher ranked team with much bigger resources.

Some of the guys were literally dead on their feet at the end of 96 minutes.

Should have mentioned that I was at Aldershot v Burgess Hill and despite 3 divisions difference the Hillians managed some shots and even a winning goal.

Disappointed to hear Reds didn't have a single shot on target in 90 mins, but not in the slightest bit surprised. Not was I surprised that JG's talk of going for it and playing 2 up front was more of his usual b/s. Next he will be saying our forwards trained like Messi and Ronaldo. What an utter buffoon.

There won't be any more Crawley aways for us until that clown Gregory is gone. Complete waste of money and better things to do sadly.
