I predicted 1-1 so got that bit wrong. I also said we would "steal" a point. I never realised it would resemble the great train robbery though.
Well done the lads. I listened to most of it on the radio and made a coffee after Coventry's second went in. So glad I resumed listening as I nearly switched it off. It sounds like we deserved to share the points over all - mainly based on second half performance. I so wanted a "last kick" Tubbs winner (made by Torres of course). That would have turned back time.

Good result. I would definitely have taken a point at 3pm.

Just saying, never would we have got a point from that under barker. Personally I think John Gregory is the right man to take us forward, knows what he's doing and Often gets us out of tough positions

4 points from Coventry this season - I'd have sold Cakeburner's soul for that at the start of the season...

I agree, under JG we are only going to get better, his positivity is the reason behind it, Barker was always so negative.

Interesting comments about JG getting us out of tight spots.
Just one question: who was the manager while we were getting INTO the tough position of being 2-0 down?

Just asking.

As you know the same one. But after conceding two goals from set pieces (wtf can't we defend these better) he decided to change things with 2 subs, and it got us out of a defeat.
Would RB bring on Torres, never in a million years.

But would we have been 2 down if we still had R Mr 0-0 Barker?

Yeah I know but what I meant is that he gets us out of them, barker wouldn't have

Most probably, we seem to have conceded goals from corners for the last couple of seasons.

Well Porsmouth have scored two goal in six games under Barkers management

He is a one trick pony and the sort if manager who ends strikers careers with his style of play.

You would have to be Drogba or Suarez to thrive up front with Barkers 4,5,1 formation.

The Pompey fans are already calling it the most boring football they have seen. One shot all game against Oxford.
