They are bigger than us. They want to pass the ball around and slow the game down.

They had the better of the first 20 mins we have been better the last 25.

We prob. should have scored but I think it's a goidish game.

Wassmer and Walsh doing well.

I'm shocked. thought you would be two nil up within 20 mins. Sounds like we have a couple of good prospects coming through our youth system.

The abuse Proctor was given was shameful.

I thought Crawley played well today, Muzzy was good again, he needs to pace himself though, he was knackered. I thought we were pretty solid in defence and good going forward, just lacking that final piece of sharpness. It was nice going home while it was still light.

We should have won! we were the better team and i thought after the first 30 mins were easily on top and should have been in front.

However as has been the problem we just couldnt create the goal and when we did have good chances we didnt take them.

Thought the team played well and seem to be getting better each game, I was disappointed with Notts County and thought they were poor until they made the 2 late subs and bought on Shuwomni.

The thing i am most annoyed with though is for the 2nd home game in a row the referee has been frustratingly inconsistent and made some bad decisions imho.

Do we just get the worst refs or is it me?

Nicky adams for MOM was baffling too!

Overall a good performance and things are looking for for the future but we need to take the chances and score scappy goals!

Another reasonable game of football, with the teams evenly matched, thought we shaded it and perhaps and on another day would have got and deserved 3 points.
Again we made good progress in the midfield and were pretty solid at the back. We do not have an out and out goal scorer. I have questioned Proctors attitude previously but have to admit he is not getting the service and seems lonely up front.
Is it just me or does rthe team seem to get a lift when Sergio comes on, he seems to make a difference or am I being sentimental?
Muzzy another good performance cant see him being with us next season unfortunately.
Crowd quiet at both ends atomosphere lacking we are much more vocal at away games, strange!

Quite a good game played by two mid table sides. Before anyone slags me off for that comment I'm happy being mid table.

A little bit of luck and we could have won that. Having said that we do need to improve and quicken up our delivery into the area. I am not speaking about lumping it forward but when we get into good positions we do tend to overplay. To go with getting quicker ball our forwards need to kick the ball at the goal when they do get the chance.

One point more on the journey to the highest place position ever.

We've been lucky at CB this season. We've lost a few important players in that position for various reasons, but every time, the replacement has stepped up to the challenge and impressed - Connolly, Walsh and now Essam.

A few other points

As the poster above says, Nicky Adams MOM? how?
Full backs good today in their different way - Dumbaya flamboyant and Sadler solid
Notts County - big, strong side, but surely they are better than that? One of the poorer visiting team
We really should have won that
...and, I'm one of those who thinks Torres isn't quite up to it at this level, but - must admit - he gave things a real lift when we came on.

Torres played very well when he was introduced on 78 minutes.
He certainly made a difference and gives the team a bit of fizz.
I would start him over Jones and Sparrow all day long.

Proctor worked hard but his reaction time in the box was far to slow when a chance presented itself.
I would again question Bakers decision to play Proctor up top on his own.
I find it staggering that for a home game we play with only one striker, surely we need to be more adventurous and have a real go at it,especially in front of the home fans.
