Looks to have decent pedigree. However let's hope he plays a bit more than Connor Clifford did.

I still hope we are looking for a forward, on the other hand with safety pretty much assured we may be conserving cash.

I was chatting to a Reading fan at a Wishbone Ash show at Sutton United on Friday - Jake Taylor is VERY highly regarded there, and tipped for big things.

The Reading fans really enjoyed their visit to The Broadfield, and were relieved that we didn't go 2-O up

Oh - they love Akpan, they admire his work rate and enthusiasm, just wince at some ofhis tackles
