I would imagine Lt General Cromwell did not consider Preston worth taking despite being a Royalist carbuncle in the north west.. The Scots army got well and truly smashed up there in 1648 though by young Oliver and his army however.
It will be very interesting to see how we do this season, the East Stand looks rather temporary still, lets hope the new manager isn't......

I am lucky that I sit near some great people which make the game quite a nice day out but as for the actual season I don't get that excited at any year to be honest.
If it wasn't for my lads wanting to go I would probably have walked away from watching football a while ago and I would have missed out on some nice friendships.
As for the season I hope we can consolidate and stay up, anything else, barring relegation, would be a bonus.
