Some on NSC are suggested Southgate, Crawley boy left FA and turned down another fa job. Is he on his way home? I hope not you'll be in BSP soon if so.

Dyche is the way forward if you can get him, Got a broke Watford to 11th in the Championship last season, wont be on massive wages trys to play good football and knows some good L1/Lower Champ players you could sign perhaps?

At 1/4 Holdsworth looks very likely, but I personally think that would be a panic appointment. The club should settle with Brewster and Coppell for the time being, and see who becomes available in a couple of months if needs be.

Or, maybe we should just splash all those millions other fans think we have and bring in Pep Guardiola with 'Arry as his assistant!

I cant see waiting 2 months into the season will be very wise, start the interview process now and get somebody in with a few weeks of pre season left. They had already decided they didnt want CB once, so why suddenly would he be the one (apart from being cheap and already here, but is that the best decision making criteria?). Ditto above re. Holdsworth. But cannot in a million years see us getting Southgate, out of our (rapidly sinking?) league? Shocked

Fully agree Mick. Get a new man in place ASAP. We don't want to go into the new season under caretaker management as the new boss needs to be bringing his own players in for the kick off..

Plus everyone knows CB and Coppell were overlooked last time so choosing them now will cause even more questions to be asked.

Get on the phone to Dyche now and let's get on with it.

We can't wait as long as we did last time to appoint someone. Dyche has to be a serious option. As mentioned, low wages, good football and I presume good contacts? If AW scrolls through this then GET DYCHE!

No Dyche on that list. Maybe they know something we don't.

Nicks Forster comes from Horley I believe. Could be a long shot. Ronnie Moore would also be good but would he travel all the down here? Maybe a sneaky ask after Curbishley would be worthwhile. He hasn't had a job in a while and might consider it.

Dean Holdsworth would be a bit of come down from SOD even if SOD is a hypocrite.
